Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving the goods to request a return.
To be eligible for return, the goods must be in the same condition as they were received, must not be used, must be labeled and must be in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will send you the place to send the package. Goods sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
You should check the order after receiving it and contact us immediately if the goods in question have defects, are damaged or the wrong goods have been received so that we can assess the problem and fix it.
Exceptions / non-returnable goods
Certain position types cannot be returned. These include, for example, perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), non-standard products (such as custom or personalized products) and personal care products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to secure what you want to get is to return the item and make a separate purchase of the new item after the return is accepted.
14-day withdrawal period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your goods must be in the same condition as it was received, cannot be used, must have labels attached and be in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Reimbursements
We will notify you after we receive and verify your refund and provide information about the acceptance or rejection of the refund. If a refund is accepted, it will be made automatically via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and make a refund.
